Never saw the actual movie, but I remember the trailer for it. It had that laughing shark at the end and I could not stop laughing at it. I watched the trailer like four times in a row and I was crying from laughing so hard at that damn shark.

when Burgundy goes blind, I was like "Fuck, it's going to take them a while to get through this." and when they finally had the climactic battle in the park, I was like "Finally, fucking FINALLY."

I saw cabin in the woods at Blue Ridge, for $2, no expectations, it was hilarious. If you went in with expectations I can see how you hated it.

I overall liked this movie enough to make it worth watching once, but yeah the whole blindness/cabin/son angle was really terrible.

Agreed! The whole "good guys vs bad guys trying to be the first to get sensors in the funnel" storyline was stupid. The graphics weren't much better than Sharknado either.

^^^There's only one video game movie I've ever liked, and it was Pixels. The Resident Evil films are a guilty pleasure of mine but they are so different from the games that I don't think it really counts.
