LOL Pack Pride is changing their tune real quick after that "injury" photo leaked. Bet Shad asked if the kid was ok, he said yes and was like OMG YOURE SHAD! then he left and the kid told his mom what happened and she just saw dollar signs light up and needed a police report to take him to civil.

i initially said to kick him off the team. knowing what we know now (no injuries, dude is totally fine, his mom is speaking for him) i'd say just suspend him a game. shad wasn't particularly responsible in this scenario, based on what we know/think at this point. but it's extremely minor.

Didn't think mopeds needed to be registered, nor did you need a license to operate one. Did this change recently?

Also, don't act like Shad is the only athlete who drives a moped/scooter on the sidewalk. Athletes at State have been doing this since the first day I stepped on campus, and I'd be extremely surprised if all of them except Shad have suddenly stopped.

^^^ I think the law changed recently that you have to register mopeds (maybe Sept 1st?), but I also thought there was a grace period and you were just warned for the first __ days before they actually started enforcing it.

This guy has some horrible decision making. He has been caught breaking team rules 3 times that we know about. I am pretty sure there are character clauses in the team contract. He hasn't learned, apparently. He'll be the type of player that will end up doing something so stupid as to bring the NCAA down on us. It really isn't a stretch. When the football team has a ton of people on it, and almost no one gets in trouble, and one guy gets in trouble repeatedly, you have a problem.

If this were his first time, totally different situation.
