RSN does not mean Raycom Sports Network, it means Regional Sports Network. Raycom is when the game is on WRAL/local affiliates (which, I don't think is even called Raycom anymore now that its the "ACC Network". RSN is the Fox Sports regional network you get (if you're in the South) or it could be Comcast SportsNet if you're in the Mid-Atlantic. either way, not on regular tv. and it's only on ESPN3 if you live somewhere it's not on the local RSN.
