Justin must be trolling if he enjoys Harden's version of iso-dribble-walk-double dribble-flail-extended euro step basketball. It's proved to not be conducive to winning championships. He filled up stat lines, but he never made an NBA finals in 8 years in HOU. They gave him some of the pieces he wanted too in Nut Punch 3 and Westbrook.

Hardens issues in the clutch exist outside the "proof" of how well the style works. The Rockets came within a CP3 injury and a historic cold streak of beating the Warriors. His teammates not liking the style isn't ideal but they're pros, liking the style is a nicety. A bunch of washouts also earned a ton of money by playing with Harden.

He is a bad gm, running off CP3 for Russ was a bad move. The Rockets backing up the truck for Gordon didn't help.

its a silly argument. Harden is def one of the top scorers and easily in the discussion for best. anyone can make arguments for their guy, steph, kd, lebron, and pick stats to show why. KD has never taken the volume of 3's, steph cant get to the FT line, lebron has never been that volume 3/ft guy, of them only lebron has had to shoulder the scoring load that Harden has had to shoulder. The rest have had better supporting casts in almost every season. In houton, Harden best teammates have been a still effective but injury plagued CP3, a close to washed Russ who had completely lost his shot and a dwight howard that was past his dominant post phase but still wanted to be a post up guy. Harden leads the league in unassisted points and 3s, meaning he is creating his own shot.

and Harden's assist numbers speak for themselves, he will pass the ball. But his team's assist numbers are always near the bottom of the league. Because when his teammates pass to him, the offense often goes from good ball movement to an iso black hole.

^^^ I'm very surprised Lakers crashed so early. I didn't follow them close enough like Hornets for sure. And it looks like if AD crashes, the whole Lakers bubble breaks. The playoffs this yr is much more competitive than I expect. With respect to Lebron, if he stays with Lakers and comes back next yr, he's still the GOAT imo b/c he can make multiple teams championships. But I think Lakers management team don't have so much patience and confidence on him anymore. I expect they trade both AD&Lebron or at least Lebron b/c he's much older.


The market of LA now is all allocated to the Clippers. NBA is all about marketing and business. Who owns bigger market, who wins. The reality is Clippers and Lakers have to share one. So if one team want to rise, the other have to fall. Not to say there has to be space for other sport teams like Dodgers.

Suns by far are most capable to beat Nets in the potential coming finals imo. CP3 brings this team back to the Nash era. Booker is also an unstoppable scorer who reminds me of Charles Barkley. They finished AD&Lebron combo with only six games. They can do it to Durant&Harden too. And this team/franchise is very hungry for success.
