that's good to hear. any issues with the interior fit and finish, like rattles and squeaks? gas mileage still 40+? 8/7/2023 3:03:54 PM |

I wish they would hurry up and release an EV AWD version, or at least a PHEV AWD version, and make it rated to tow the same weight as the gas AWD version. 8/7/2023 9:22:40 PM |

i cant imagine the range of a full ev trim at this price point to be compelling. 8/8/2023 2:59:31 PM |

it would be plenty capable. they just won't do it because the range will suck...and maybe they won't want to cannibalize sales of other stuff. 8/15/2023 7:32:25 PM |

Oh yeah it would be capable, and you could go about 30 miles.] 8/15/2023 8:00:52 PM |

ehh, maybe not quite THAT bad.
...but yeah, I don't need it to regularly go far. 8/16/2023 1:04:36 AM |

I have no doubt that it you attempt to tow the max payload of a gas version with the electric you're getting <100 mile range, easily. It's the big drawback of battery electric trucks. 8/24/2023 1:50:33 AM |

Yeah, that's a compromise I could live with. I wouldn't need to tow that heavy, that far, that often.
(Also, range gets killed on gas trucks when towing, too...they just have a little more range to start with, and more importantly, can refuel faster. Plus more gas pumps will accommodate a truck & trailer pulling straight through.) 8/24/2023 6:13:26 PM |

Yes, but even getting less than 10 mpg in a gas/diesel truck you're still going to have a much, much larger range than a battery electric truck. I don't think batteries will ever be the answer to towing/hauling. 8/28/2023 4:22:54 PM |

If they came out with a PHEV AWD model I'd buy this immediately
Actually I'd probably do that for any PHEV AWD pickup 9/19/2023 11:46:48 AM |
