and yeah, the kid paid his money to get out of jail. cant do much about that.

does anyone else see it like i do? it just seems odd to me that the one guy had the duke student's ipod, and he had the carolina student's ATM card and car.

from the evidence they've released, which is really none, he seems a lot more like someone who has a hookup on stolen shit.

lets assume he is dumb enough to kill someone and then go try to use her atm card on camera. pretty damn dumb. but then he has warrants out and knows he's being hunted by the cops, and he doesnt ditch the dead guy's ipod? i don't buy it. even the dumbest of the dumb wouldn't get caught with the ipod.

ive been thinking about this, but ^that post got me thinking out loud

that's def plausible.. i also think not enough info has been released to really tell much. he'd have to be pretty damn dumb to keep the merchandise after all the publicity the case got--unless he didnt know where it came from
