Steve Nash is one of, if not, the most entertaining basketball player in the NBA. How could you not love his hustle, intensity, and passing ability? Nash is the closest thing to Pete Maravich we have seen. Nash can't help that he is the smallest guy on the court much like Stockton was back in the day. According to Namwob you have to be black and can be amazing at dunking to be good. So even a washed up Vince Carter looks better than Nash to him.

holy shit the supporting cast is sucking it up. ITS A FREAKING ZONE and kobe can't find a guy to knock down a jumpshot. and the alleged DOMINANT FRONT LINE can't seem to score in traffic inside. What did I say after the first two games?? Nobody on the Lakers could miss a fucking shot. Although they have been missing shots for the past two years (playoffs and regular season). Farmar and Artest miss wide open threes all the time. For some reason, they were lights out the first two games.

Game three...Herculean effort from Stoudemire to win. Game four, the Suns bench finally shows up...like they have been showing up all season and postseason, FINALLY...and they win. Nobody in the starting five was amazing, but they were solid, and they bench came through. Kobe kills it for the last two games and the Lakers still lose.

And now we have a series. The Lakers have come back to earth and the Suns are playing like they did for the last two months. Good stuff. Here's the Magic extending the Eastern Conference Finals as well. This should have been one of the best NBA playoffs ever, and it's been a little disappointing. Maybe the next few games can redeem that a bit.

Just watched some of the post-game videos. Kobe sure was pissed about the defense. I loved how right after Sportscenter showed that video, Tim Legler reviewed a fast break where Kobe fucked up and allowed a wide open three.

Bynum and Odom had decent numbers, Gasol had a below average game. That Suns bench was just unreal. They almost outscored the starters.
