and obviously i'm hoping for the best. i mean for the most part a lot of the "scumbag" reports seem unsubstantiated, although i guess there must be at least a little something to it or else there wouldn't be any smoke. it seems mostly that state fans cling to every shred of negative press, and unc fans do the opposite, so i'm just trying to sit back and hope things work out. if blake or whomever did shady things then they should be fired, period. and if marvin got paid by an agent he should be suspended for the year. obviously i hope these things didn't happen

Never got wuffies...never got 'rawlee'...never understood why some of the other ones were supposed to be offensive

and while State fans do the same thing, changing Chapel Hill to Chapel Hell seems like an expected pun

and changing Tar Heels to Tar Holes, insinuating assholes, is another that makes sense

I'm not aware of any other nicknames we have for them though, as I guess we don't "try too hard" to come up with insults, which don't really insult anyone

and i of course get Dook, thats kinda like Chapel Hell...stuff like that is fine, because it actually makes some sense, unlike their other genius 'insults'

I don't hate him, his "objectivity" towards State kind of annoys me just because there are plenty of unabashed UNC homers in the media and it'd be nice if one of our own would be a little more positive towards us.

I'm assuming "rawlee" is just a way to try to make us sound like rednecks. Those using that term do forgot that accents are generally traits of a particular region, and that UNC isn't all that far down the road. I know some people are scared to death that they might sound "country" in this fast, scary, progressive world of ours, but it's really okay. Frankly, I'm alright with being underestimated sometimes just because I don't speak in proper English.
