The latter is a perfectly true statement, that's why Jabari will likely be the #1 overall pick in the draft. But Jabari did not have a "slightly" better year, he was totally outclassed by TJ, especially in ACC play.

^^ exactly. Not many people will disagree that Parker has higher upside than Warren. But Warren still had a better year. Parker was really good. But Warren was more consistent night in and night out. He was his team's only option, being the sole focus of opposing defenses every game, and still managed to lead the ACC in scoring and FG%. That's amazing to me.
