I found that the more protein and less carbs I had in breakfast, the longer I would be satisfied. Mornings where I just had a bagel, i would be hungry by 1030. But mornings where I made my typical bfast burrito (2 eggs, 3 sausage patties, veggies, cheese, in a wrap) I wouldn't even start to be hungry until 12ish

Well yes, protein and fats both help you stay satiated longer. But a bagel is 300-350 calories. A breakfast wrap is a lot more: eggs 150, sausage ~250, veggies ~50 maybe, cheese ~50-100, wrap 100-300 depending on size. So ... yeah.
