i have no idea. i'm bad at hobbies too. i start/stop things with the quickness. that is my personality...i always have ideas and then once i start working on the idea, i get a new idea that i like better and abandon the old one (typically unfinished)

Hahaha that's me and I want help sticking to the plan and not getting bored with it and trying something else and repeat. I don't want ideas for hobbies I need advice to how not to get bored etc

checklists?

AND start small projects. finishing a project always brings me a sense of accomplishment. so if you start out with some smaller projects/hobbies, you're more likely to finish them, and once you finish one you'll be like "wow this feels really awesome" and eventually may be able to take on bigger or more complicated hobbies and projects because you'll remember how great it felt to finish the smaller ones

and checklists also help with multi-step things. cause again, when you check something off, you feel accomplished.

that is really the only advice i have, since i have the same problem haha. but that is what i do.

^^ it wasn't really an exciting intervention. it was just a conversation (drinking may have been involved) with my boyfriend's friends and some of my other guy friends.

i was convinced that i was right and i said ALL the things she said (all the things she said all the things she said running through my head! ok no one is going to get that reference...moving on!). it was a LONG ass convo and finally i began to see the light.

mostly because there were no reservations or holding back in the convo. then the more i thought about it, the more it made sense. but i still remember the convo cause it was at the raleigh times and me and my other girlfriend were adamant about the existence of completely platonic male/female relationships. but...even if there is a SO in the picture it (sex) still gets thought about. they convinced me that unless you are a stegosaurus or a saber-toothed beached whale (and maybe even then) and you are friends with a guy, they've thought about having sex with you.

i don't think so

except for the hidden meanings in somethings women say....but even that isn't a steadfast rule (like no means yes...a lot of times no does mean yes when a girl says it, but sometimes no just means no hahaha)

Here's one for you: I am going out to dinner with a girl tomorrow evening for the first time. Things are still super brand new. We didn't really plan to get together because it was Valentine's Day it's just a coincidence, but I would like to give her a flower to seem thoughtful. I don't want to give a rose because that's way too intense and presumptuous. A Daisy has been recommended (thanks Misha and evan!!) and I am looking for a multitude of suggestions. This get together is rather casual but it being a date is a strong possibility. Thoughts? Also, I am aiming for a single flower, something simple and easy to acquire without looking cheap.

daisy, tulip, peony, sunflower, carnation

those are what come to mind first for a good single flower. i don't know what you can get this time of year

my preferences out of the ones i listed

sunflower, tulip or peony or daisy (tied), carnation (barf, i don't really like those just said it cause it'd be easy to find).

any of the first 4 i think would be perfect really!

EDIT: if you do a daisy maybe try to find a gerber daisy!

may i just throw in you don't have to get her a red rose. Yellow or orange roses are really pretty without all the romantic blah blah blah that comes along with red/pink/white roses

but if i had to choose a non-rose, definitely go with a tulip

but that's just my two cents

I greatly appreciate the help. it was a fantastic 7AM on a saturday lol

the worst part is that is the SECOND time one of my extremities has been caught in my dogs bone and then ripped partially off. first it happened to my finger like a yearish ago

that was way worse...it pulled off like the entire top of my finger. i tried to pick it up to give it to her, my finger got stuck, she got excited and tried to snatch it out of my hand...finger got all black and bloody.

this past time with my toe it HURT really bad like when you bang your toe on a table leg or whatever, but only ripped off my nail haha.

^mmmm salad sounds good. i'm about to make tacos!!!!!!!! i think. my brother never responded to my text so i don't know if tacos are ok to make or not but i'm HONGRY so i'm about to just make them anyways

well I would say you would want the inverse in a woman, I know you're getting at the preoccupation with size but I think the big penis issue is attached to pleasure so it should be the tightness of a woman, if only there was a way to measure it
