A dubcaps says, there isn't anything to that story. Some of the violations include printing a 17"X25" football camp booklet with a 3" tear-off registration form (which would make the booklet 17"X22" without the tear out).

NCAA regulations say the booklet must be no larger than 17"X22" so technically it was a violation.

(I don't have the window open anymore so I may be off by an inch, but that was the main gist of the violation.)
