YES!!! we were. we got third what whatttttt. i thought i might have spotted you from afar but i wasn't sure and then i got distracted being too competitive and forgot until just now haha.

i think baby animals was our best category largely because it was everyone else's worst category

it really helped to have a zoologist (???) on our team.

i'd eat and drink fluid to help with that. drink some OJ or some soda and eat something!!! eat a granola bar or something if you feel dizzy. but keep hydrated and don't skip any meals.

then i can move on from this awful, awful subject.

now i'm going to shower watch greys anatomy and maybe drink a small glass of wine so i can avoid having a panic attack. those totally TOTALLY ruin a) my night and b) my entire next day thereby having a huge impact on my studying.

i love how the symptoms of having anxiety/panic disorder are fear of having anxiety/a panic attack. luckily i have all of the above. i kind of want to drive to eric's and sleep there but his bed is uncomfortable and he is at a show and will prob not be back until after 2am making it either a) impossible for me to fall asleep knowing he'll be coming in and probably waking me up on accident or b) getting woken up at 2am then not being able to fall back to sleep

OH WHAT TO DO, WORLD?

tl;dr: i'm anxious. sleeping at eric's will make me less anxious but i might not get good sleep. HOWEVER it will be better than the sleep i get here if i end up having a panic attack. what should i do?

i know. god it sucks so much. i had my first panic attack in a LONG time last weekend. and i have been over the top anxious recently, but only one hardcore panic attack (like legit can't breathe feeling psycho out of control panic attack)

i have 0 access to those drugs right now though because i had to get new insurance and since i got it whilst unemployed and don't have a group policy, i have a rider for pre-existing conditions which include..... all mental health issues!!!!

soooo no anxiety coverage for me. guess how that makes me feel. ANXIOUS AS SHIT!!

i mean, i'm anxious about feeling anxious right now. this is ridiculous. maybe wine and sleeping pills will be helpful. but then we walk the fine line of accidental suicide. good times in anxiety world!
