Well if it's just a verbal commitment, they can't. Those aren't binding at all. Admittedly, I haven't read on this guy, so I'm not sure what year he is or if he signed his LOI.

Yeah, if he's signed a LOI he has to be released from it, and you can decide to conditionally release players.

I mean, after reading that article, he doesn't exactly seem like he was simply just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I think there is a ton of truth left out of this whole situation. I'm not saying he killed anyone but the fact that he was there when someone was murdered automatically makes me not want this guy associated with NC State. We need to get rid thug/gangster athletes at NCSU not recruit more of them. Anyhow, that's just my two cents.

Just got a chance to read the PP article on Noreen, and it's fairly ridiculous that he scored over 4000 points in his HS career, as well as averaging 38 and 16 as a senior. Although I'd bet the HS basketball competition isn't very good in Minnesota.

TBDV thinks otherwise. And honestly how could THE BIG DANDY VANDY not be an awesome name for a goofy looking 7'1 Australian?

From what I've seen Mabry would be a good addition, but with the positive buzz surrounding NCSU basketball right now I'm not sure I would even venture into the territory of getting someone with that much baggage. I trust Lowe, but even if Mabry is innocent it is still really worrisome he was even in the area.
