Sorry but don't do it ^^ that way. knotting like that you'll end up cutting it off in the end b/c its very difficult to get out. i had both done when I was younger. you need to do it like this:

then when you want it out it all comes out easy and you just take the braid out.

speaking of I just wanna give a holla to Silk Touch OB, it's awesome! Once I accidentally picked up the non-silk touch OB tampons and was so sad

I dont know how to use applicators, it just is not comfortable, even the tampons themselves just don't work and if OB ever stopped making their products I just dont know what I'd do and I know people get weirded out about non-applicator tampons but it's the easiest thing in the world for me and without being gross, OB tampons fit in perfectly

I thought I loved mine, but I've been finding out that some issues I have developed may be because of my IUD. And women with PCOS are more likely to have issues with it, like weight gain or depression.


Mine is supposed to come out in August and I thought I was just gonna get one put right back in but now I'm not so sure.

Another +1 to the Diva cup. Once I switched, I stopped getting cramps as bad, never have to worry about the "OMG ITS BEEN 4 HOURS IM GOING TO GET TSS" feeling, and have saved a crap load of money. I'm a huge supporter.
