it might be more of a mental thing.

Not that you can't physically go to sleep without them, but you feel like you have to have them to sleep so you lay in bed and think "I didn't take those pills I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight" and so you kinda force yourself to stay awake because you don't think you can sleep.

Number that I don't recognize calls me. I ignore it, and let them leave me a voicemail. They don't leave a voicemail but call me right back. I think well maybe it's someone trying to get in touch with me so I answer...

"hello?"

"yo, who dis?"

"why are you calling me and asking me who I am?"

"I just have this number I wanted to see who you were"

"I think you have the wrong number"

Then I hang up. That is some of the most rude phone manners there. You don't call someone and not introduce who you are and say "who is this?"
