awww this is how i feel about my pets. animals are such good friends. i love my dog and kitties sosososososo much

OK, so I went to a Duke women basketball game and had "seats" in the student section. As a result, my perception of the Duke students in Cameron has gone way down. I used to be really impressed by how they stood up the entire game in support of their team. Now I know the real reason... there's no room to sit down! The "bleachers" for the student section were obviously built in 1910, when the average human height must have been 5'2". They are tiny! Each row where you sit, is about 4-6" above where you put your feet. My back hurt and legs were asleep almost the entire game. Thank goodness there were some empty spots, so I could sit sideways and stretch my legs out.

So while I do still respect their perfectly timed and executed chants, I no longer have any respect for them standing the whole game. They don't have a choice to do otherwise!
