A really cool touch I saw in an episode recently - Chief Wiggum was attempting to negotiate with bank robbers (I think...?) and he describes them as "heavily armed." If you look very closely, all of the robbers have Pulse Rifles. I guess the animators must be big Aliens fans.

The new episode last night was great, probably one of the most tounge-in-cheek episodes in a long time. At times it was more a political commentary than a cartoon. The way they used over the top examples of the way people act these days (ex the "Butting Heads" talk show) was meant to be funny, and it was, but turned out to be closer to the truth than I think they meant it to.

Oh, and the whole intro w/ Dr. Hibbert was hillarious. Moe telling him he wasn't welcome in the library any more...so funny.
