Wake Forest says forward Jamie Skeen has decided not to return to the university for the spring semester.

Skeen was declared ineligible for the fall semester because he violated the school's academic policy. To be readmitted by Wake for the spring semester, Skeen needed to file an appeal. He opted not to file that appeal, the university says.

The Charlotte native played in 29 games as a sophomore with six starts. He averaged 5.6 points and 4.1 rebounds per game.

“I was disappointed to learn of Jamie’s decision, but we wish him the best,” Wake Forest head coach Dino Gaudio said in a prepared statement. “He is an outstanding young man and one of the most coachable, respectful kids I have been associated with in 28 years of coaching. Jamie will make a strong contribution wherever he decides to pursue his academic and athletic careers.”

They'll have ABC broadcast the game. ESPN will have a camera on Dickie V and whoever's working the game with him, and a small window at the bottom right will show the game. EPSN2 will be nothing but the Cameron Crazies with again a small window at the bottom right showing the game broadcast. ESPNU will show Digger Phelps, Jay Bilas, Hubert Davis, and Rece Davis as the watch and comment on the game with again a small window at the bottom right showing the game broadcast. EPSN Classic will broadcast from Kryzewskiville with all of the people that couldn't get in. ESPN News will show all of the other broadcasts simultaneous with the regular commentary usually over everything, but sometimes cutting away to the others.

Let me tell how you it's gonna be, according my inside sources at ESPN. This is for both games (home/away).

ABC will broadcast a special "PSYCHO T CAM" which will be glued to Tyler the entire game. It doesn't matter if he's playing or on the bench, he is all that you will see.

ESPN will broadcast the Cameron Crazies or UNC student section, depending on venue. Dickie V will continuously talk about how these are the best fans in "ALL OF COLLEGE BASKETBALL, BABY!"

ESPN2 will broadcast a panel of unbiased reporters, with the game being played in the background on a big screen TV. This panel will consist of Dick Vitale, Stuart Scott, Woody Durham, Dean Smith, Butch Davis, Caulton Tudor, and Lee Fowler. They'll recount the history of the great tradition at UNC, with Fowler on-hand to talk about the great facilities available at Carolina, and how that has elevated the program into the stratosphere.

ESPN Classic will actually broadcast the game. Since Duke and Carolina are both playing in this game, it will obviously be the "GAME OF THE CENTURY."

ESPNEWS will broadcast the away team's arena. If the game is at Duke, we'll see the DIEHARD ALL-SPORTS UNC fans in the nose dome. Dickie V will talk about their "great support" for all of the sports at Carolina, what a genius Butch Davis is, and how in 2 short years he has turned their football program into a nation contender. He'll probably make some statements such as "UNC WILL WIN THE BCS FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP NEXT YEAR, BABY!" and "JUST LOOK AT THOSE FANS, THEY LOVE THEIR ALMA MATER!" (even though 95% of them did not attend UNC). Vice Versa if the game is at Duke, except Dickie V won't talk about a football national championship. He'll mention what great friends Cutcliffe and K are, and probably give a shout out to Mike Nifong.

ESPN Deportes will be a split-screen broadcast, with mexican landscapers mowing grass on each campus. They'll have some lackey talking the entire time about the great diversity that exists at both schools.

We'll have no idea what they broadcast on ESPNU, as it is only available in 30 homes nationwide.
