^I used to have problems with them being skunked because they were in clear bottles, but since they changed to brown glass I haven't had that problem.
I picked up a bottle of this for $4.99 tonight:

This is soooo delicious imo. For some reason I didn't fully read the label and was expecting something along the lines of a pumpkin lager. Was pleasantly surprised when a Belgian Dark hit my tongue.

^indeed, mine too!
Boulevard Seeyoulator Doppelbock - Dry, pretty full-bodied beer with caramel and brown sugar flavors.
Big Sky Moose Drool, I poured it from a can and it poured a nice dark brown with about 3 fingers of carbonation, pretty impressive for a canned beer. Aroma is just a nice gentle scent of roasted malts. In terms of mouthfeel this is about as smooth as it gets. Flavor is a good blend of roasted malts, chocolate & coffee, maybe a hint of fruit, and just blends well for a nice sweet touch

i sadly discovered that my beer mini fridge quit working -- luckily all my ipas (except an already way past its hoppiness dorado) were in my main kitchen fridge so it was mostly a bunch of tailgating miller lites and the remnants of a pyramid variety pack someone left at my place that warmed up

Oh my...what an amazing beer.
When it's still got some chill to it the hops really come through on the back. Almost like a black IPA even. As it warms the hops are just slightly detectable, which means the stereotypical IRS characteristics have more time to mingle on the taste buds. The consistency is perfect for me. A really nice almost milky texture. I'm seriously blown away by this.
I'll be buying more next time I see it. Until then I also have the chocolate aged yeti that has yet to be chilled.
