Norv's playcalling is frustrating sometimes.

if it's 2nd and short he always tries to pick up the first on the next play. 2nd and short is the best chance you have to go deep.

Under, this was their last hard game.

Anyway, I'm concerned about Rivers' consecutive TD streak

Number of games where Rivers has thrown 3 or more picks = 0

Great game tonight. Offense and defense brought, which doesn't surprise me with all those playmakers on offense and the #1 defense. Good job P. Rivers! <3

Manning faces are great. Especially when he loses to the Chargers, and his forhead is all bruised up from getting hit so much.

Don't you have to win more than one Super Bowl to be a dynasty?

Nice to see the defense/run game/special teams step up for a change and not make Philip have to carry the load. Funny thing is that this W with Philip having a pedestrian game probably helped his MVP chances more than if he were to have had a monster game and the Chargers had lost. The Chargers D against Manning is quite ridiculous. The offense is usually mediocre, but the D just kills Peyton. Rivera should sell his game plans on Indy.

It said earlier that the Colts had won more games than any other franchise since 1999. That is pretty good.

Bingo.

Boise State has won more games than any other D1 school this decade but there is no way they are anything close to any sort of "dynasty." Takes more than winning the most regular season games.

^ If Boise had won a title, you'd possibly have an argument, but it'd still be weak as fuck. Comparing the Colts to the Braves is very valid. Braves should have won more titles with that pitching staff, the Colts should have won more titles with the great core they've had (Manning, Freeney, Wayne, Saturday, etc).

As for the SD-Indy game, it worked out perfect for me fantasy football wise. Guy I was playing had Rivers and needed ~20 pts. I cannot root against Phil so I was happy that the Chargers won, Phil played well, but had a mediocre fantasy night. Hopefully he lights it up the rest of the way and can still break a record or two.

CBS is airing in our area the lamest possible game to show for their single coverage line-up.

My only alternative for watching the early game Giant/Red Skin Barf Fest is the Vince Young throw his shoulder pads off again versus the JAcksonville TabbyCats.

http://the506.com/sports/?tag=2010-week-13

I wonder how/why NY, MD, DC, VA, and New Orleans were selected coverage for the Oakland v. San diego game.

At the least Denver v. Chiefs or watching the Favre bomb some more would have been a better game than tn v. jacksonville.

Huge game against the Raiders this week and the Chiefs next. I'm getting nervous about the Chiefs, they've looked really good of late; Jamaal Charles and Dwayne Bowe have been completely unstoppable. We'll see what our defense has to say about that, though. I still think we'll win the division. It's a good sign that Mathews has practiced in full this week, even though Tolbert's been a stud.

Ha, I hope not...Wade Phillips and Cam Cameron, part deux. I like having Rivera on the sidelines.

Relevant to your comment, which was mostly irrelevant to the thread (since nobody cares about your fantasy team).

my comment was about a member of the San Diego Chargers, which makes it totally relevant to the thread. Yours was another random QB off of a random team.

Sproles just layed out on helmet to helmet hit by McClain. Will run the clock down.

McClain salutes crowd afterwards. Greg Little class.

Announcers just said you can't avoid hitting his helmet since he is 5'6...

Wow no penalty and 10 second runoff.

Going to be tough, offensive line getting dominated and the Chargers front 7 keeps getting injured. Kaeding is still not getting it done.
