Eggs should not be "boiled"....They should be "hard cooked"....
Boiled eggs are rubbery, hard cooked eggs are not.
Proper way: Boil water, then turn down to a simmer. Add eggs gently. Eggs should "tap dance" on bottom of pan for 10-12 minutes. Cool immediately after cooking to prevent the greenish grey layer that forms on the outside of the yolk.

Add a little acid like vinegar or lemon juice to coagulate the egg white in the case that an egg should crack a little while cooking.

To tell the difference between a hard cooked egg and a raw egg, spin them in a circle and then stop them with your finger quickly. The hard cooked egg will stop spinning but the raw egg will continue to spin slowly.

2 weeks ago when i went to the doctor i allegedly weighed 140lbs

which i guess i believe cause it is the doctor and my scale had me in the high 130s (heaviest EVAR)

but now i weigh 127! and i haven't even been starving or anything. like 2 weeks before i went to the doctor i stopped snacking so much and drinking non diet soda so i guess that was my problem. now if i just lose 10 more lbs i will be back to where i need to be!
