I did pretty well until the end--a couple of the sets towards the end ended up with only 8 or so reps.

^^ Where you bootcamping? I'm doing one MWF at Gold's in Cary. Lots of cardio, wish there was a little more resistance training. Been doing that on the side (pullups/back, biceps, more pushups since those seem to get ignored in class).

Had my regular Thursday night soccer game last night, so basically ran sprints for 20-30 minutes straight.

i've been running 1-4 miles daily alternating.

so far i've lost 0 lbs but i have spread it up and down from my stomach which is good.

Went on 3.5 mile run, 28 minutes which is a shitty 8 min/mile pace, but it was 87 degrees and I was running with a pint and an appetizer in my gut.

Boot camp class in the gym parking lot today. Got in the car afterward and it said it was 100F. Got a nice cold sweat / goose bumps going at the end

You doing that at the Cary Golds? I was working out on Tuesday, saw that group come inside and they looked like hell.

When I bench press sometimes I get a crazy pain in my palm. Feels like I'm ripping veins or something. WTF is wrong with my hand?

started insanity today.. wasn't that bad, just reminds me how poorly my eating schedule is. i hate burning enough calories to where you fade in the work out due to hunger

lifted weights, chest and triceps.
ran on treadmill for 30 mins, alternating between running and walking on an incline. run for about 4-5 minutes, then walk on incline for 1.5-2 minutes. in total it was over 2 miles, can't remember how much though.

3hr walk 'hike?' around lake raleigh.

i left my purse/water/dog bowl at the entrance of the path but when i got back there was one little kid fishing and he asked if that was my purse... is that your car?... "yes" "well my dad thought someone had died so he went to call the police" "uhm dangit, nope, just walking the loop around the lake, k gotta go" "yeah look for my dad, he's in a white jeep"

now i'm leaving centennial campus... white jeep with campus police rollin behin

After a heavy night of drinking, until 7am, I rode my bike around Savannah for 2 hours. Not sure how many miles I rode but it's all flat so I was peddling almost the entire time. Does this count?

Besides flies, are there any good chest exercises that don't require much elbow bending?

My left elbow is a bit gimpy this summer.

^ I doubt you will get a good chest workout without hurting that elbow.
