I did pretty well until the end--a couple of the sets towards the end ended up with only 8 or so reps.

^^ Where you bootcamping? I'm doing one MWF at Gold's in Cary. Lots of cardio, wish there was a little more resistance training. Been doing that on the side (pullups/back, biceps, more pushups since those seem to get ignored in class).

lifted weights, chest and triceps. ran on treadmill for 30 mins, alternating between running and walking on an incline. run for about 4-5 minutes, then walk on incline for 1.5-2 minutes. in total it was over 2 miles, can't remember how much though.

i left my purse/water/dog bowl at the entrance of the path but when i got back there was one little kid fishing and he asked if that was my purse... is that your car?...
