I can't get PDANet/FoxFi working on my AT&T LG G3. Worked fine on my Note II. Going to probably just go ahead and root for this.

Yep foxfi not working for me. I tap on activate wifi hotspot it says it needs to install a certificate and then it asks to confirm my pin but gets stuck in a loop asking for the pin. I did set up the lock screen pin first

The wifi hotspot never worked for me. It said I had to activate it on my AT&T account. Bluetooth and USB tethering did however work.

has anyone with a non-business Google Apps account been able to get tracking info and flight info in Google Now cards? Their support website says it works, but I've never seen any tracking info cards.

No just a regular Gmail account. My girlfriends Google Now does flights too based upon her email. I forwarded her our flights and they popped right up in Gmail.

doh! so the link i had found had the same disclaimer, i just missed it completely because i saw that it wsays google now works with apps accounts. i assumed now and cards were the same thing.

I kinda want the Moto360, but cards is a big part of it and I'd have to change my email address. I'm not sure if I want to change my email address, everything I have is tied to my apps account

^i've seen some conflicting reports on the actually widespread release date. the 3rd is when the first official device with lollipop ships out (N9) so thats why they have been promoting 11/3. they said that the widespread release to the 4, 5, 7 was "later in the month"

Advanced Calling is the 'new' thing where you can use Video chat and it has "high def audio". I haven't set it up (it's free but you have to add it to your plan) yet. Says there's some kind of caller ID stuff that it has to remove to activate it. But it sounds pretty cool.

^ Odd. Mine shows my GV number. I have RW and I use hangouts more than their own WiFi calling. It works flawlessly over my parents satellite internet where RW just drops the call when dialing/answering.

Does anyone have a Droid Mini? What do you think? I am, apparently, one of the very few people that wants a small smartphone.

I have a Droid Maxx which is pretty much the exact same thing as the Mini, except it's bigger. I like the speed, battery life, etc. So if you want a small phone, I'm sure it's pretty good. Only thing I didn't like about it was that I could get a bigger phone.
