We really really need Lowe to succeed this year. If we fire him I'm not sure who we could realistically get to replace him who could also pull top 5 recruiting classes. If he succeeds in getting this team to the tourney this season and continues to be a baller recruiter pulling top recruiting classes and we should (emphasis on "should") be a consistent top 10 or 15 kind of team, assuming he is able to coach them up (jury is still out on this aspect).

Basically what I'm saying is I think Lowe's recruiting abilities could give him a higher ceiling than any other option.

Going to be tough to go to Boston and play only 2 days later. That should tell a lot about the team and Sid.

^Elon played us better than Wake. Head to head doesn't mean total quality we beat Duke last year and Wake also lost to worse teams than Elon like UNCW so that doesn't mean Wake>Elon.

lets look at the rpi of teams we played with and w/out him too

pretty much every game against a good team this year has been w/out him.

obv, he would have helped in those games, just saying posting one little stat w/ no other support is almost meaningless.

nobody is saying to give Lowe an extension at this point, and nobody is saying to fire him at this point, its not something you do mid-season

but we win a conference game by 21, that as you know, we wouldve won by more if we hadnt yanked the starters with around 5 minutes to go, and you dont seem happy
