PackPrincess i have a friend with HORRIBLE allergies who swears by using the neti pot every single morning when she wakes up year round. she said that if she doesn't she can feel the congestion during the day.

I am slowly learning to love it. I still don't like that feeling of having saltwater in my sinuses. It reminds me of getting pummeled by waves at the beach, but the first time I did it I felt like I was almost getting dizzy from the amount of air I was getting each breath. Guess I never realized how awesome breathing could be!

i find it really fascinating

i know that is bad but the way it mutates and the different kinds of mutations on different chromosomes and how individual the disease can be is sorta interesting to me. and one of the reasons why i don't think there will be a blanket cure for cancer...but that better treatments can be developed that will cure cancer (in some instances, anyway)

i know far too much about this topic now though kinda wish i didn't.

it's an easy meal to make if you use mammwich

just get that, some buns, and some ground beef/turkey and takes about 20 minutes to make (probably more like 10-15 actually)

and we always make baked beans and some green veggie (this time we did broccoli). Nom Nom. Home made isn't hard to make either, just a little more time consuming
