what are those routytouty something with an r boxes/things that stream netflix/hulu/etc? if i get an apt, i'm going to have to get one. because i'll probably have no cable or just the very basic cable

i also need to see if my employer, since i am now working 40 (sometimes more) hours a week will contribute to my health insurance. in the "employee manual..." more like a sheet...it says they contribute $100 a month for FT employees. and that would really help my budget. like really really, because that would be about half of my monthly rate. i always feel awkward asking these questions but i mean...i know i read it when i first started working there, but previously i was only doing like 30 hours a week. soooooo yea. how to bring that up?!

i *REALLY* hope i can move into one of the places i'mg oing to look at next week downtown. having my own place again will make me 900% happier! and being 5 mins from work instead of like 30 (or more with traffic)


^ lol that is more like me jk my cutoff is like 4, but sometimes we are super busy at the end of the day (a lot of times really). but like yesterday it was all dreary and no one was coming in. so i totally pretend worked from 4-5. looked busy enough so no one would give me a project or anything to do.

^^It seems like a fun place to work! I've had many friends go through there.

The one thing that'd drive me crazy is that if you spend more than 1 hr there, the smell of coffee is absorbed by your clothing like no other! And I LOVE the smell of coffee.

^^ kinda, not really -- i do smell of coffee!!! thank goodness we have work shirts etc given to us... but in the 3/4 weeks i've been there i can smell different parts of my shirt and tell you what splattered, dripped, or I made the most of that day...

we have the 'cake pop' petites and they are really good, but we aren't promoting them, we're too busy. if someone asks for them then by all means we get them one but they are a hassle when the rush comes in
