What the hell? That's not how you get tips as a Karaoke DJ. You don't turn it into I only cater to my friends.
One of my friends is a Karaoke DJ and sometimes he will DJ on 93.3. The only time he lets his friends sing before other people is when....never....he keeps things in order. If I wanna sing then he lets me sing, but then he lets everyone else who has asked to sing before I get a 2nd chance a singing. Often times he asks me to sing just to get people started singing.
