This reminds me of when the bachelor boys came to town for the golf classic. Girls were literally throwing themselves into traffic to get a chance to say hello to the boys (who openly have girlfriends). They said this shit happens on the daily, but some people (i.e. snituation) crave it and just help to make matters worse.

for me it's funny - i grew up in NJ - i have family/friends who are similar to a lot of the people on the show. the sam/ron drama is old and i wish they would just get kicked off the show but overall it's mindless entertainment. sometimes at the end of a long day at work, i want to watch something stupid that's going to remind me of home and make me laugh.

to each is own though.

I don't meant to sound insulting to people who do watch it. I just definitely have zero of the reasons other people cite for why they enjoy it.

And it's not just that show. Repo shows, Jerry Springer type stuff, etc. I just don't really get any of it.

yup! and i notice from season one now through season three, its 10 times easier for them to find girls - the girls are even more DTF than they were first season. if you remember Snooki couldn't get laid first season - by third season she had her pick of juicehead guidos.
