i have to wake up in 4 hours to run but i can't go to sleep even though i'm exhausted. my mind just can't sleep. i am not taking my anti anxiety meds anymore but i think i could benefit from some kind of medicine that you take as needed. just times like this where i'm so stressed i can't fall asleep. even after taking a sleeping pill.

I recently found out that I have 3 half-sisters (same dad, all have different mothers).

I knew about one of them (the older one), but not the other two (both younger). That's not what's getting to me though. They all have known each other their whole lives and are all "sisterly" even though we all live in different parts of the country. Our dad goes to visit them and they all get together and go see him. So why was I shipped off to live with my grandparents and hidden away while everyone else was practically raised as a family?

^^Something like that happened to my half sister. When my dad and her mom divorced, her family moved somewhere else and the mom remarried and had a son. My half-sister would get flown places to see my dad and his new family (my peeps)...but the other son was never told about us until much later in life. He was always told that his sister was just going on a trip with friends or some other lie

im part of my dads "new life" (remarried when i was 4, she had 2 kids they had 1 together) and im constantly made to feel like i dont belong. my step mom is a huge bitch (even 23 years later) and my dad never sticks up for me

1) you can google his hometown newspaper for an obit

2) you can find someone on here who is in the same branch as him. each branch has a massive database where you can look up someone else and get at least their email address, rank etc. so there is that option
