That recipe was talking about vanilla extract both times. In general recipes just call it "vanilla" because people will use real or fake or whatever they prefer. It was just labeled as extract the other time because the intended ingredient was almond extract and vanilla could be subbed.

Well it sort of a call center. I mean it's not a bad job at all...I really think the big thing is that you like the people you work with. Are you okay with having people blame you for the snow in the midwest? If so, you can do it.

Oh yeah, you're going to have to deal with the general public then. I don't really do that, I deal with store owners and sales reps...every now and then a consumer calls in wanting to buy something and gets all pissy that I won't sell them anything because they don't have a brick and mortar store front and the general public can walk in off the street and buy what they need for hunting or fishing for the day.

I have worked in a call center for 3 1/2 years. My biggest qualm with it is the metrics. Numbers, call handle times, availability, schedule adhearance all factor into your success. Which also means, they are super strict about you sticking to your schedule and heaven forbid you need to use the restroom when you are not break/lunch. I suggest finding out how they feel about you not being on the phone for any reason during the time you are supposed to be on the phone. And decide if it is worth it.

Yeah, it'll be a true call center minus the indian crap, lols. But I'm not afraid of screaming customers plus its cust service inbound NOT outbound collections. ha I have a couple friends working there and they say it's hella easy and they've only been threatened a few times hahaha

I was in a similar situation, but managed to find a job where i work in a field that is an offshoot of ChE. Traditional che's go to process plants and manage oil refineries and shit...crawling around pipes and managing high school dropouts was not my idea of a fun career when I realized what che grads usually get into
