the reason we havent seen them since is that the episodes taking place on the other's work island have been taking place simultaneously with the episodes on the regular island, notice in desmonds episode two weeks ago, Echo had just died. so episode wise we havent seen them in a long time, but timeline wise it hasnt been long at all

Episode was ok as far as viewing, horrible as far as answers....seems like the writers should know we are hungry for some new answers, damn, it was the beginning of season 3 that we saw the other camp, etc. and it took 5-6 episodes for that to play out, and other than the brainwashing, the other hatch, with patch-eye guy, and the realization that the others live on the same island as the losties we have learned nothing of importance

I'm glad they got back to the beach. I miss the days that the beach and cave were the center of the story.

I'm getting tired of all the unanswered questions as well. I have a feeling they're not going to answer any of the big ones till the end of the season.

i stopped watching this a couple weeks ago on accident because my dvr randomly stopped recording the series, and i never fixed it. i've never been so happy with my dvr for missing a recording. i'll only watch the finales and premieres from now on. since the beginning of season 2 those are the only episodes i can recall that didn't piss me off.
