i just started working out, i dunno if its a good thing or a bad thing yet, but i feel like sometimes i might over do it. Like today i got bored so i went to the gym this afternoon, did 30 minutes on the tredmill and then the weight routine my trainer has me on, and then i saw there was an aqua aerobics class, so i just joined in and did that for 45 minutes. . on top of already doing the first 2 things at 7 this morning.My main goal is to get back in shape for a vacation im going on in october, but i dont want to set any weight goals because i know im building muscle at the same time. . sooo i guess i'll see how i do

I eat a lot of rice noodles, vegetables, tofu, mock chicken, perogies, etc.tonight is a salad, and a mock brautwurst with onions and peppers on a hoagie roll.

IRSKINNIERI'm kind of concerned that my trainer hasn;t had me do much upper body lately. Hopefully next time because today we spent all day on legs and they'll be soooooooooore tomorrow.

I made this awesome salad yesterday...shredded broccoli, red cabbage, and carrots (pretty much broccoli cole slaw mix that you can buy in a bag)sliced almondsuncooked ramen noodles crunched upand fat free balsalmic (sp?)...I always eat healthy stuff...I'm obsessed with salads

I like to use crumbled up whole wheat Triscuits in salads. they're good for you and they soak up the dresing and become very tasty!

Yeah um...That was probably 3,000 calories I eat less than a 1,000 a day, but that's because I'm so busy and I forget to eat...

how do you run? i think i'm doing it wrong. i see other people just bouncing by on the ball of their feet, but i run with my whole foot - cause that's how i walk.

well she wants my huge quads to slim down. biking has added to their bulk, and she's suggesting that cutting out the biking, and just running will keep my quads slim.ah, well, i tend to get on my bike to go everywhere - grocery store, school, downtown. i don't do it for exercise, but a lot of times i end up on my bike for 3+ hours at the time.[Edited on May 23, 2007 at 10:33 AM. ^^ yeah. hour, hour and a half of strength training, then an hour or so of cardio. Usually around 6-10 miles.
