^^^I had a similar situation, I was going to start Alex Smith over Stafford in one league, but someone dropped Cutler and I dropped Smith for Cutler and started Cutler, so not as many as Stafford but still a solid play.

ESPN was projected Stafford to get 5 points in another one of my leagues, haha, it was him or Schaub, and I couldn't trust Schaub so started Stafford, worked out well.

Fantasy is a funny, cruel game.

The combo of All Day, Jimmy Graham, Vic Cruz, & Demarco Murray was getting me paid the first 3 weeks of the season. High weeks left and right.

Now, tonight, I need 1.5 points from Keenan Freakin Allen to pull out a win. After yesterday, I have ZERO confidence it can be done.

I'm 5-0 and just a first down catch from being 6-0 after tonight, but I feel like I'm living on borrowed time.

nicks is shit. i would rather have thompkins. still don't know if i would do the trade though.

i think getting gio in a keeper league is a great idea. he could be a really, really special player.

if it was ppr, i'd go Edelman. standard scoring is tougher. Edelman would be the safer play, IMO, but Hartline has a higher ceiling. tough call, I might go Edelman.

Was offered this trade (0.5 PPR, start 3 WRs, 2 RBs)...I give: Tom Brady, SEA D and I get: Vincent Jackson and Andrew Luck.

I'm not crazy about any TB WR with Glennon at QB, even with VJax having a nice week last week. I do like Luck, but I'm not quite ready to give up on Brady. Especially with Gronk possibly coming back any week now. My WRs are: Calvin Johnson, Antonio Brown, Cecil Shorts (injured), TY Hilton, Tavon Austin, Golden Tate. His other WRs: Justin Blackmon, Josh Gordon, and Brandon Marshall.

Brady is just frustrating the shit out of me right now. But if he's got Gronk coming back and maybe Amendola, he could put up bigger numbers.

Any thoughts on what I should do here? If I trade SEA D, I'd probably just try to use the waiver wire to play match ups at D every week. Adding another WR would give me a bon a fide 3rd option at WR instead of the inconsistent bunch of guys I've got now (aside from Brown and Johnson).

^ I don't think I would do that trade. Brady gets Gronk back at some point you would have to think, Thompkins is rounding into form and the colts seem to be trying to become a ground and pound team. I've always hated having Vincent Jackson on my teams as he always seems to be hit or miss. Maybe counter with Marshall instead of Jackson, and see how bad he wants Brady.


Was offered Jordy Nelson for Demaryius Thomas in a non-ppr league. Rodgers is my QB, and Calvin is my other WR (we start 2 and a flex). Thomas and Johnson both have the a bye week 9, so this would lessen the impact that week and Cobb being out would increase Nelson's value. Would you do it?
