Proud of the performance. Great news that Januzaj signed a new contract today. We're slowly getting back to the United of the old. They say that United never lose or draw, they only run out of time. Today we ran out of time. We're too good to be what, 11th in the table? I don't know, I'm too scared to check

Man, I've been a United fan through thick and thick. I've known no thin. Maybe going 8 games without a win in 2k1 is the worst? Trying my best to stay positive in the Moyes era.

Goal of the year so far? 10/21/2013 3:21:42 PM |
JeffreyBSG All American 10165 Posts user info edit post |
I think Arsenal's first goal against Norwich was nicer
but Goal of the Season is usually for individual goals, and the Fulham one is probably the best individual effort so far.
still, I'm sort of meh about volleys winning Goal of the Season. I like when the GOTS is something really original...like Bergkamp's spin move or his double-juggle, or Di Canio's leaping volley, or Yeboah's off-the-thigh trick.
we haven't seen true GOTS for the ages in quite a while. 10/21/2013 4:34:05 PM |

What a depressing weekend. Some amazing attacking play from all the big teams, except for United. United would be my stress relief with Sir Alex and now its the biggest stress in my life. wazza31 All American 2433 Posts user info edit post |
haha my thoughts exactly. Moyes needs to get a grip, or else he won't have a job. Will he be successful? I think he could if he is given enough time. But time isn't something he has. The fans won't support him if he doesn't at least finish in the top 4. Man United will also have a big problem if there is no champions league next year. Rooney/RVP/Kagawa will almost certainly be gone. 10/22/2013 1:08:32 PM |

^ Lol. Don't think so. Its a bit ridiculous that a technically gifted player like Kagawa can't find space in a team that is in so much need for creativity. I feel terrible for him. If Kagawa had joined Arsenal he would have probably been one of their best players. 10/22/2013 2:24:58 PM |

The real asshole in the deal is SAF when he retired and decided to become a fucking gossip queen.
Surely the greatest manager of all time understands the code that what goes on in the dressing room, stays in the dressing room?
Apparently not.

Keane deserves whatever shit he gets. What a hypocrite and vile cunt. He was always a cunt at United, the difference was he was our cunt. Sir Alex gave credit where its due, Keane is an dickhead who is still bitter about the whole situation.
Sir Alex has every right to publish a book. Greatest manager in the game/ Its easy money. I am not too concerned with whatever Sir Alex has said, in fact it will be interesting reading what transpired behind the scenes. It was always secret at United and that bit about forcing Ronaldo to stay another year was pretty eye opening. Its incredible how much influence Sir Alex had, and you just can't question him. No wonder Moyes is struggling, that aura is just gone. 10/22/2013 7:58:55 PM |

He IS STILL our cunt. Let the world and Ian Wright laugh at the feud and infighting. I respect the positions of both Sir Alex and Keano.

Pretty funny to watch him squirm around in this interview. Even you United fanboys have to admit the way he handled the BBC was mad bitchy. 10/23/2013 8:38:28 AM |

I think he handled it pretty well. Theres no dou abu tha. A true son of Govvvan... and a humble servant of Manchester United.
What would you do if a network spread vile lies about your own son?

That interview with Jon Snow was awesome. At one point Sir Alex looked like he was about to launch a tirade. Sir Alex must respect Jon Snow immensely to conduct that interview. Jon Snow has been in some nasty war zones, doubt Sir Alex intimidated him like it intimidated the glorious daily mail and BBC sports journalists.
Was Sir Alex's handling of BBC proper? No it probably wasn't but I don't mind it. The guy has an ego, he is selfish and it has allowed him to be the best manager in the game. No way would he have achieved what he has being a humble pushover. 10/23/2013 12:04:16 PM |
