i watched this 20/20 special years ago about some upcoming 20 year high school reunion this one high school was having and they picked 8 people out of that graduating class to partake in a weight loss program. each one did a different diet for the same amount of time to see which worked the best.

one of the people did hypnotherapy and they lost a good amount of weight. they went to the hypnotist and also had tapes/recordings to listen to at night and it apparently helped with the person not wanting/craving the "bad" foods. i would imagine if you did it long enough, you wouldn't ever want to eat those things again because you forgot what it was like.

I think there is one that comes to downtown Cary on Tuesdays, but it's only open 3-6. I could get there by 5:30 but given that it's such a small market I doubt it will have much good stuff left at that point. I may swing by today and check it out though to see. There's a produce delivery service that is like a CSA but without the long-term commitment that I am pondering signing up for.

That's part of my fear. I am by myself now and while I eat a lot of produce, I am not sure I eat that much produce. Especially since I am doing a lot more work functions that feed me now. FWP. I may see if I can find a friend to split one with me too.
