Finally.

After 3.5 long months of little tweaks, painting, countertop changing, appliance swapping, packing, POD'ing, storing, borrowing, cleaning and staging, we are finally ready for listing photos to be taken (tomorrow) and officially put our townhouse up for sale.

Carpets still need to be cleaned, but that's happening Saturday morning thanks to a groupon.

w00t! for finally being done!!

now to keep this place this clean for the next 3.5 months while we're still here
