He just took a week off to go on a cruise...comes back on Monday leaves early because he is sick...he was out today cause he was sick...

I can't tell you how many times he leaves early because he "threw up in the bathroom"

you may need to go the doctor and get a prescription if that's not working. I take Flonase daily (it's a prescription nasal spray) and it works well. I can definitely tell the difference when I forget to get it refilled for a few weeks......

Update: just checked and it is... but it is only closing so they can open a new location- I haev a friend who was trying to get me to start lifting with him again (when we lifted in the past, we pushed each other hard and got great results in no time) and offered to buy my membership- I told him it would be cheaper to just come with me to my gym where i get free guests

yes - apparently the guy who owns the Rapid Fitness building sold it and wants Rapid out by the end of the month. well Rapid is building a new gym downtown (don't know where) but it won't be ready until August.

my membership is up in August so i need to go talk to them and see if they will cancel my account. i'm way too far from their other 2 raleigh gyms so it doesn't make sense to keep a gym membership with them anymore.
