I recently started working out while I watch TV at home. at least push-ups during commercials if not running on the elliptical or doing curls with whatever heavy i have near me.

Yeah, we have the elliptical in the garage, but we usually watch tv while eating :/ also, I don't know if we should eat before or after dinner. Usually I don't like to workout right after eating, but I also don't like eating late at night. Not enough hours in the day
