It is now the fastest car around their track at 1:15.1, besting the Veyron SS's 1:16.8, which has a power to weight ratio only 70% as good as the Ariel's. Funny/ironic that the top 2 cars are such polar opposites.

Video also shows a 0-100-0 race against LFA and Gallardo Superleggera.

^ agreed. saw the pics yesterday and was disappointed.

ugly gaping mouth at the front.
misplaced/mismatched LEDs at front so far away from headlights.
ugly taillights.
taillights at the very corners.
exhaust not as beautiful/prominent/macho as on Zonda.
even the name is awkward, and not as strong sounding.



but i bet it performs like a beast, better than anything else save the Veyron... 700 hp, 737 lb-ft, and 2,975 lbs!

i also don't like how when the gullwing doors are open, there is no space between the 2 hinges (the whole roof is gone when the doors are open). compare with the SLS AMG where some of the roof is still there with the doors open. that bit of space makes the car/body look strong, whereas in the Pagani, the lack of any roof with the doors open makes it look 'weak'/'emaciated' when the doors are open. (makes it look someone pinching the roof)

^^ Pretty much how I drive Nordschleife in GTR2 Evolution... I do push the car a lot harder in some areas, but I suppose I get away with it being a simulator... I've learned how to drive the course just about the same as he's narrated... The Aston Martin DBR9 may be faster, but the Audi R8 is more fun

I typically mess up the last turn prior to the 2km straight though
