I'm shooting the Warped Tour tomorrow, but since I don't want to risk getting robbed, I'm just going to take a pen and pencil and paper and draw what I see.

attn photographers, plz2not strip exif info from your photos. Photoshop's save for web does this and most free hosting sites do this if they resize the photo for you.

i always save mine as jpegs, so the exif should still be on there. all i do is resize down.

One picture for page 25
Shot with d50.

D50 users: does your camera over expose? i had to shoot atleast a stop lower to make correct exposures.

in bright sunlight sometimes i can see a bit of some over exposure in program and automatic.

but then again its not "over exposed" in the since of washing out detail and such. pay attention to your metering i suppose.

i shoot almost exclusively on aperture priority-matrix, unless it's tricky then i spot meter. after playing with the d50 i find that -1.0 compensation is best, otherwise a lot of overexposure(even the histogram says so). anyway i like the d50. i shoot mainly with d70 which has a tendency to undexpose then i shot that with +1/3.

yeah, i've noticed it too... i normally end up going manual for normal stuff and program stop down for quick stuff.

yes, my d50 does seem to overexpose sometimes in bright sunlight and in some other situations. sometimes i bracket for safety in manual mode.

The gauges are never 100% accurate because the photographer always has different aim.

It isn't a professional camera so metering isn't that accurate. It is better with better (more expensive) professional level cameras
