I have said all along the only way this could have possibly happened was if she was date rape drugged. That would explain her retarded actions and why she does not remember details of the "rape". If she was in fact drugged no one will ever no now because no toxicology report was ever done. Even if she was drunk she should be able to remember how many fucking strippers were at the party, she told the cops four at the first interview.

The more likely scenerio is that she is fucking psycho and had an episode around the night of the party. She got called racial slurs and in retailiation she started with the rape story and got too far in to it to back out. She was probably drunk or on some other drugs that maybe did not hit until she arrived. If anything these guys are guilty of being assholes, but I dont see how they could have raped her in the manner she is claiming.

Seriously....in those older houses that border Downtown Durham....those bathrooms are closets. Even though it was a nice house, it was an old house, and they only fit what was needed in the bathrooms.
I really hope this Lewis Cheek (I think?) guy can get enough signatures to be put on the ballot next to Nifong. Cheek has said that Nifong has humiliated Durham and needs to go. I'd like to see that.

From someone I know who lives in Durham the people who live in the vicinity of campus love that the kids are being busted because of how often they complain about the noise.

People who want to see these guys get convicted of rape because they are tired of college kids making noise need help.

Actually my name is Chuck. And no your correction does not make me happy. A HUGE percentage of cases are taken out before trial. In fact I just finished getting a case thrown out before trial - why? because there was no evidence. So the fact that the trial has not started yet is very inconsequential. There is still evidence, or, as in this case, lack thereof.
