got more ?'s some of you guys may know the answer to...

1. how do you get the lines around the arms and leg of your character? I've seen them on a few pictures and don't know where the options for that are in settings.

2. Friend of mine has a samurai sword on his profile picture that he is wearing on his back on the service record... wtf is going on there? You obviously can't use that in the mp so don't get it...other than the fact that it is there to make ppl like me go "how the fuck did he get a sword on his profile pic?" I'm just curious...

o...figured someone would mention google'n it...and those people can go to hell...

1. Don't know what lines you're talking about, but its probably a color option in the appearance settings. There's one color that your armor will always have on it.

2. That's the chest piece of the Hayabusa armor set...I don't know how to get it cause I'm not concerned with armor at all, except maybe the rogue helmet. It doesn't do anything other than look cool, although I'm curious what happens if it gets shot as far as damaging or not.

I've heard that your guy takes the sword out if you get a killing spree, but I might've misunderstood him.

The sword is something you get after you find all the skulls in the campaign, turn them on, replay the campaign for points and get a 1000/1000. It serves no purpose as far as gameplay goes, but it looks cool i guess.
The IV on the armor in the picture is specific to that armor which is called 'mark IV'.

I liked the campaign for Halo 3 a lot, it was pretty fun with a good story and challenging at times. Meleeing the enemy is a lot friendlier than previous games, especially halo 2 legendary where going into melee range of elites was suicide unless you had a shotgun. I can't compare to Halo 1 since I never owned that game, only played at the rec center on coop with a friend.

its hard to say what makes a skill up, but winning is the basic answer. I've climbed faster in rank than my friend of a slightly higher level when we played the same games. You can also get multiple skill ups from completely owning the other team, or if they were higher than you in level.
