She also has one DWI pending in Pitt County, in that one she was also charged with driving with no headlights, driving left of center, open container, and driving on revoked license. She might be well liked by her friends, but is also really fucking stupid/irresponsible.

When they say the "legal limit" bac is .08 but yet can arrest you if you are at that point wouldn't that make the legal limit .07?

The real question is...

If I lived in that house, and after that asshole drove though my house and my backyard, and crashed into my tree, would a jury convict me of assault if I pulled the driver out of his car and beat the shit out of him?

Cause if I was on that jury, I'd have a hard time convicting me.

This guy drove drunk late Saturday night in Charlotte and ran his car up on a sidewalk and hit a man who was walking home from a concert. The victim almost lost his life but instead lost his leg, hand, along with numerous other injuries.

This is also the driver's second DWI in 2.5 years.
