ok, so i just thought of something that maybe others have thought of forever

when they first crashed, the others had some kind of list with names on it, right (other than the manifest i mean)? so could the list be all these people who had been dharmas? my memory is fuzzy and i dont feel like looking it up.

no he means earlier. it showed sun and then they displayed across the scene thirty years earlier before they flashed to jack, sawyer, et al.

i'm glad they found time to fit a little bit of lost between all of those commercials.


this episode wasn't the one that i was anticipating. It was more a filler episode than anything. Next weeks looks as if it could either be extremely interesting or extremely soap opera like.

so the main questions are where is faraday since we saw him during the building of the orchid. we know he talks to candle at some point so he has to be around.

sadly not much to discuss from this episode at all.

yeah, this episode was just moving things forward, but not showing much.

i wonder if a) young ben somehow knows who sayid is, and b) if he might've slipped something to sayid in that lunch bag. it looks like sayid escapes next episode, so perhaps young ben helped him.

well...remember that ben befriended richard (hostiles) and eventually eradicates the dharma...so it is entirely possible that he helps one of the hostiles (sayid) escape

maybe. i also wonder if the "i know why i'm here" gun scene with sayid is him trying to kill ben. i mean theres a burnt down building and all sorts of mayhem going on, almost too much drama.

filler episodes with no content are okay but not after a two week hiatus. you normally only take a break if you're building to something, but it didn't even leave me with anything new to ponder.

i think it was always there. most people would not pay much attention to those old photos hanging up as there would be no reason to. i know i've been places where they've had photos of previous classes or years and i've never paid much attention to it.

what you should really pay focus to is that when sun asked where they had gone ben said how would i know, but the look on his face depicted he did indeed know. which he would since i'm sure that encounter he had with sayid wasn't exactly forgettable.

to be fair, none of them (as far as we know) "needed" to come back

i forget who (i think juliette) but someone said "locke left to stop the flashes, they've stopped, he saved us"

so if the whole point of having them "cam eback" was to save those left behind, they may have actually screwed it up

(of course thats based on what ben/locke said, i have no clue why richard said they had to come back)
