Great game today. I would have been fine with the effort even if we lost. While the powerplay is still garbage, they switched things up in the offensive zone and avoided getting stuck behind the net. Everybody kept themselves facing the net in front and put themselves in a position to score.

While it was unproductive, this may have been Staal's best game of the season. It was also good to see Cullen starting to make plays.

I've found a few sites reporting the stream. Sometimes the Stadium Camera's will run feeds, especially for Hockey packages and stuff.

Is Ward really injured bad? That would suck. Who the hell could we get as a replacement, no way Leighton could handle the rest of the way. I don't want to get the Bulin wall, but is he really the only option out there? I mean I doubt Hasek would come back to the NHL to play here haha (I don't want him, but there isn't exactly an over abundance of goalies out there).

granted, the goals were all open shots from poor coverage or poor backchecking, and he made a couple of huge saves, but still

jeff carter had the world's slowest breakaway on friday and cam turned him aside because he knew he had to...that's the mindest leighton should be in when he gets a shot like that
