I don't see how anyone can get so emotionally attached to a POLITICIAN...this goes for people on both sides of the aisle...I'll tell you what...the politicians that you invest so much time and effort in, do not care one iota about you whatsoever.

Now on TSB, it seems that most of the McCain supporters basically acknowledge that McCain isn't great, but he's the lesser of two evils...whereas the Obama supporters seem to really love Obama...how you guys can have so much faith in a politician is literally mind-boggling and seems to go against all common sense

I just wish McCain would talk directly to Obama tonight and call him out on his policies, instead of talking directly to the audience. Obama has blaring gaps in most of his policies and has yet to have to defend them. I know all you liberals are gonna say McCain has gaps in his policies too, but he doesn't have nearly as much as Obama and he has actually had to defend his policies from the unfair media.

This won't happen. McCain is being trained to not make eye contact with Obama, because if he loses his temper on an international stage his entire campaign is completely over.

I think the candidates should be allowed more lenient time restrictions...too often in the first 2 debates, the moderator would think he was more important than what the candidates had to say...you'd have too many instances of this:

Candidate A: "Whereas my opponent wants to do this"
Candidate B: "Thats simply not true, I actually want blah blah"
Candidate A: "Thats simply not true. If you look at blah blah"
Candidate B: "I just want to say that my plan will blah blah"
