espn had a front page article this morning that had a subtitle

"Cornell looks to continue magical run in Sweet16"

anyone that followed brackets closely and did their research on Cornell would've realized that they are a good team and could certainly win 2 games. but I think it's far from "magical". I think a "magical" run would be at least to the elite 8, if not Final Four...

so it goes with media and hype.

but, with only 4 losses the entire season, 2 of them being against Syracuse and Kansas (lost by 5 to KU), i think there's something to be said about a team that just knows how to win, regardless.

I've never seen so many offensive fouls as in the Washington-WVU game. Also Washington is one of the only teams I have seen that defends better after a missed basket. They get caught celebrating/lapsing for a few seconds every time they score.

cbs is only showing highlights of syracuse...it's like they are forbidden to show a butler highlight. butler had a sweet alley-oop (sp), but they didn't show it before the break. i think i'm pulling for butler. syracuse is getting the unc treatment.
