it would be the 4th weekend so it could be really fun.

or maybe boston (i've been there for my bday before, though)

last year i did a durham bulls game (done that a few times since they always have fireworks on my bday. I AM SO SPECIAL! jkkk)

it isn't like a landmark bday or anything and i don't care that much, i just like to get creative. hmmm. busch gardens or something would be fun but it will be super crowded that weekend. and probs hot. but they have a water park!

check the airlines. either ticket prices to NYC will be ridiculous for the 4th or they might be giving away the tickets since the prices are already very high to begin with.

we're just going to wilmington. i used to live there and 2 of my best friends still live there so my other best friend who lives here is coming with us and we'll just do something low key down there.

If I'd told my younger self I'd believe or do some of the things I do now, no way in hell I would have believed it. I have lost most of my romanticized view of the world, which is sad in a way, but I'm also a lot happier overall. I guess accepting reality will either do that or make you jaded. (Have I recently posted about this issue? I don't remember, but it's something I've been thinking about a good bit lately.)
