agreed. going to see my brother and SIL in their neighborhood, over two months later from the tornado here, and still seeing houses with tarps on their roof, trees through their living rooms or worse signs on their front porch waiting for their home to be bulldozed is

especially the ones to be bulldozed...so sad. and there's so many.

^ yup.... that flat piece of land used to be two houses :\ we got a lot done on about 3 houses today, but it's so incredibly sad how far behind Pratty City is. I don't know what the F is going on there, but they still haven't even finished picking up all the debris!! Apparently the city dicked around on saying who could help out in that area... it literally looks the exact same as when I say it 3 days after the storms

Yeah I helped build houses with Habitat... I learned how to install insulation but now I'm covered in fiberglass and I was one of the people who helped move heavy stuff.. so I am le tired

I bet! The day I helped out with habitat was the best sleep ever.
I want to do it again. I helped build and raise a wall, AWESOME. and paint...and move dirt...but building and raising the wall was so cool and satisfying.
